02 Insurance intermediation
Alongside architecture, construction and property management, the company offers insurance advice and intermediation through its co-founder, Apostolos Zampos, under Greek insurance distribution law.
Nothing on this website is an insurance offer or personalised advice about a policy. Cover is only ever agreed in writing, on the insurer’s own terms.
03 What this website is for
The site presents the company, its people and a selection of its work, for information.
Nothing on it is a binding offer, a fixed price, or a commitment to undertake a project. Any engagement between us begins with a written agreement.
04 Intellectual property
The text, photographs, drawings, design and code of this website belong to ZAMPOS APOSTOLOS-PETROU MARIA IDIOTIKI KEFALAIOUCHIKI ETAIREIA or are used under licence. The architectural works shown are separately protected under Greek Law 2121/1993 on copyright.
You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, with the source acknowledged. Anything more — reproduction, republication, adaptation or commercial use — needs our written permission, and requests are welcome at info@mmap-cic.gr. Third-party names and marks appearing on the site belong to their owners.
05 Projects, images and accuracy
Each project page describes the role the company actually had in that project, and that role differs from one to the next: some we designed, built and delivered end to end, while for others we carried out the architectural study and the permitting only. The credits shown on each project say which, and should be read as written.
We take care that the site is correct and current, but nothing on it is professional advice — architectural, technical, legal or insurance. Permits, regulations and insurance terms depend on the specific property, so please ask us about your own case rather than relying on the site alone.
06 Links, availability and liability
The site may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Pages we link to — booking pages, maps, messaging services — are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.
07 Personal data
How we handle personal data, including anything you send through the contact form, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
08 Applicable law, contact and changes
This notice and the use of this website are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Preveza have jurisdiction. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may use a certified out-of-court dispute resolution body.
Write to info@mmap-cic.gr or call +30 26820 89024. If you believe anything here infringes your rights, tell us and we will look into it. We may update this notice as the company or the site changes; the version in force is the one published here.
