Architectural design is the foundation of every successful project. At MMAp Construction & Insurance Consultants we undertake the comprehensive design of residences, commercial spaces, tourist accommodation and building facilities of every kind, combining functionality, aesthetics and full compliance with current legislation.
Starting from a record of the client’s needs and wishes, we shape the architectural proposal, produce all necessary drawings and compile the required technical files. In parallel we handle the issuing of approvals and building permits, and coordinate the studies of every discipline involved, so the project is fully permitted and ready for implementation.
Our team monitors every stage of the process, from the first idea to the start of construction, ensuring sound organisation, consistency with schedules and a high standard of service.
Our aim is to turn every idea into a complete, functional and aesthetically resolved project — delivering the whole thing as one experience, without convoluted procedures or needless delay.

02 — Build
Construction
Build execution, monitored end to end.
Good design only proves its worth once it is built. We carry every project from architectural drawing to completed structure ourselves, working with the same team and the same standards from the first foundation to the final finish.
From holiday homes with private pools to the restoration of traditional stone buildings, our construction work is carried out to high specifications using durable, contemporary materials — always adapted to the site, climate, and character of each property.
We stay closely involved on-site throughout, coordinating every trade and monitoring quality and schedule so that what was designed on paper is what actually gets delivered — on time, and built to last.
Because the design, the construction and the insurance sit in the same hands, handover is not the end of the relationship but the start of it: the project is delivered complete, and the investment protected from day one.

Our approach is not simply a matter of picking a policy. We analyse each client’s real needs and propose solutions that secure the best possible cover, balancing cost against protection.
Alongside that we support the entire process, from taking out the policy through to handling any claims and compensation — so every client knows their property and their investment are in reliable hands.

04 — Care
Property Management
Ongoing care that protects long-term value.
At MMAp Construction & Insurance Consultants we believe a property’s value is not settled when it is built, but maintained and increased through proper management and continuous care.
We offer comprehensive Property Management services, taking on the maintenance and professional management of the properties we design and construct — keeping them in excellent working and visual condition, and protecting the long-term value of the owner’s investment.
We also manage properties through rental, relieving the owner of the day-to-day: we coordinate all maintenance work, monitor the property’s condition regularly, deal with tenants, and address any technical or operational issue immediately.
Our philosophy is simple: to deliver projects that keep returning value over time, and to be our clients’ steady partner at every stage of their investment.
