01 Who we are
The company behind this website, and the controller of any personal data you send through it:
- Company

- Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. number
- 157991449000

- Address
- Leof. Eirinis 46, Preveza 48100, Greece

Anything to do with your data goes to info@mmap-cic.gr, which reaches the two founders of the company directly.
02 What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, your telephone number, your email address and your message.
- What you send us directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, which our host records for security.
There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no advertising or analytics profile built from your visit. Please do not send identity documents or financial details through the website — if those are ever needed, we will agree a safer route with you.
03 Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- Replying to you and preparing a quotation or proposal
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR
- Keeping a record of enquiries and what was discussed
- Our legitimate interest in running the business — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR
- Loading the map and the contact form
- Your consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
- Accounting and tax records once you become a client
- A legal obligation — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR
We do not profile you, we do not make automated decisions about you, and we never sell or pass on your data for anyone else’s marketing.
04 How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Enquiries that become a project or an insurance policy: kept with that file for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
You can ask us to delete yours sooner — see section 07.
05 Who else sees it
- Our contact form provider
- The form on the Contact page is a hosted widget: what you send is stored by the provider and forwarded to us by email.
- The map on the Contact page, and the fonts the site uses.
- Our host, our accountant, and if ever needed our lawyer
- For running the site, for the accounts once you are a client, and for establishing or defending a legal claim.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU, in which case your data is handled there under the terms of their agreements with us. None of them may use your enquiry for their own marketing.
06 Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and carries no analytics or advertising. The map and the contact form are loaded from other services, and neither loads until you allow it — the form also brings Google’s reCAPTCHA with it, which sets its own cookies once you do.
The typefaces are loaded from Google as the page opens, which is the one thing that happens before you are asked; they set no cookie.
Your choice is stored on your own device, and you can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
07 Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict how we use it, have it sent on to someone else, or object to our using it where we rely on our legitimate interests. You can withdraw a consent you have given at any time.
Write to info@mmap-cic.gr and we will answer within a month. If you think we have handled your data badly, we would rather hear it from you first — but you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, contact@dpa.gr).
08 Security, changes and contact
The site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the two founders and the providers named above. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure.
We update this policy when the site or the way we work changes; the date at the top shows the version in force. For anything here, write to info@mmap-cic.gr or call +30 26820 89024.
