Thirteen Homes
in Kanali
An organised whole on an amphitheatrical plot
The project covers the development of thirteen new residences with private pools in the Kanali area near Preveza, with the aim of creating an organised group of holiday homes built to a high standard. On an amphitheatrical plot of roughly six thousand square metres, the residences were sited on one governing principle: preserving privacy and an uninterrupted view.
The group comprises seven single-storey houses and six of two storeys. Construction began in July 2024; by July 2026 the first seven houses had been handed over, and the remaining six are expected to be delivered in April 2027.
Every home with its own view
Each residence was positioned so as not to intrude on the sightlines of the next, creating a harmonious whole that opens outwards towards the landscape.
The southern orientation strengthens natural light throughout the interiors while securing an unobstructed view of the Ionian Sea, drawing out the relationship between the architecture and its natural setting.
One design concept throughout
The architectural study was based on a single design concept combining clean geometries, functional organisation and a gentle settling into the landscape, with the aim of creating a complete experience of the holiday home.
Our company has taken on the full development cycle of the project, from the architectural design and permitting through to construction and the handover of the houses, which is still under way.
