A complete development cycle

The project covers the study, development, construction and handover of four holiday residences with private pools in the Kastrosykia area near Preveza. Our company took on the development process in its entirety — beginning with the architectural study and the design, through managing the sales process, to full construction and turnkey handover to the owners.

On a plot of two thousand square metres stand three single-storey houses and one of two storeys, each with its own pool. Work began in the summer of 2022 and the houses were handed over in stages through to January 2025.

Discreet siting, privacy, light

The architectural approach was based on creating contemporary holiday residences that settle discreetly into the natural environment of the area, with emphasis on functionality, privacy and the experience of staying.

Each residence was designed to make the most of natural light, to open directly onto the outdoors, and to create private places to unwind around the pool and the outdoor areas.

Built to a high standard

Construction was carried out to high quality specifications using contemporary materials, securing durability, visual resolution and the long-term value of the residences.

The project is a characteristic example of complete real estate development, where architectural design, construction and commercial realisation combine into a single result of high added value.
